Available only at our store, this unique service restores your jewellery’s original clasp by replacing the damaged internal spring—no full replacements needed. Not compatible with round-shaped clasps. Suitable for Yellow Gold, Rose Gold, White Gold, and Silver pieces. Refurbishing needs can be discussed during your visit. Service time is approximately 3 hours.

Clasp repair service is not available for clasp in round shape.
Clasp repair will be using back your original clasp by changing out the internal damaged spring.
Available only for yellow gold, pink / rose gold, white gold & silver.
Additionally if need to do refurbishing can be discussed on the day of service.
Time needed is approximately 3 hours.
