Polish, clean, and plate your ring or pendant (max ring thickness 1mm, band width 3mm, pendant size ≤ 20¢ coin). Includes checking and securing all gems and diamonds. Approx. 3-hour turnaround.

Ring thickness not exceeding 1 mm & 3 mm on the bottom band width.
Pendant not exceeding a 20 cent coin size.
Checking & securing all set gems & diamonds is included.
Item size bigger than the above mentioned, option is available for discussion.
Time needed is approximately 3 hours.
Introduction of ring or pendant refurbishment process:
We will first check for any loosen gems or diamonds on your jewellery, if needed we will secure the setting before the polishing starts. After polishing, cleaning & gold or rhodium plating followed by drying it we will do a 2nd round check on all stones & make sure everything is intact before handling back to you.
Disclaimer: We will need to evaluate your jewellery repair items on that day to determine if your purchase package service will able to use. If the service package you purchased does not match the requirements of your jewellery repair item, it will not be eligible for a refund should you choose to cancel the service.
